For thread lift product, there is an individual LOT number. Return or exchange will not be accepted unless the item has a discrepancy or a defect in order to the procedure of melting thread produced within 2 months.   

For overseas delivery, it is delivered by “TNT Express or EMS”. Shipping charges are depending on the size and weight of the product. There may be a problems with delays or additional charges due to natural disasters and social conditions. In the special cases such as Covid-19, it can be delivered by other method etc.
